We collect farm-related and personal data to provide AI-driven insights, credit scoring, and farm management services. By using the platform, you consent to data collection, processing, and storage.
- 4. AI Credit Scoring & Digital Lending
Users must be 18 years or older or authorized to act on behalf of a registered farm or agribusiness.
- Credit scores are generated using proprietary AI models based on activity, repayment history, and farm data.
- Approval of loans is at the sole discretion of E-Poultry.
- Repayments may be automated via the check-off system.
- Late payments may affect future access to financing.
- 5. Subscription Fees
- Basic services are free.
- Premium features require monthly or annual subscriptions.
- Pricing is subject to change with prior notification.
- 6. Marketplace Use
- E-Poultry provides a platform to connect buyers and sellers.
- We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of third-party products.
- Disputes should be resolved between the transacting parties.
- 7. Insurance Services
- Insurance coverage is provided by third-party insurers.
- E-Poultry facilitates but does not underwrite insurance.
- All claims are subject to the insurer's terms.
- 8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
- 9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, suspected fraud, or abuse of services.
- 10. Limitation of Liability
E-Poultry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss from the use of our services.
- 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be handled through arbitration or local courts as applicable.
